Soak rice and dal separately for 5
hours.

Grind Rice till it becomes
rava. Spray water to make it as thick batter. |

Separately Grind dal and
Fenugreek
as
a paste through grinding. Spray water continuously to make it soft |
|
After
grinding, mix salt, dal batter and rice batter add some more water if needed and keep overnight to
ferment. |
|
Make dosas
on a hot griddle. |
|
Use
oil, golden brown dosa on both sides. Serve hot. |
|
The
thinner and crisper the dosa,
the better it tastes. |
|
Use Sambar, Chuttney, Kurma and/or Dosa chilly
powder as side dish for dosai. |
|
Dole out hot.
